If you feel your tour guide has provided an exceptional experience, gratuities are encouraged- and welcomed - at the end of the trip. Gratuities are optional and not included in the price of your tour. If we don’t return to your hotel, these will be your drop-off options, including downtown Seattle. To speed up drop-off and hotel return, our most popular drop-off locations are the Space Needle, Pike Place Market, and Pioneer Square. Traffic can be a challenge in Seattle, especially from 3 p.m. Please note that traffic and weather conditions can affect the routes for this tour. As well, allow extra time for hotel pick-up and return.

Please allow up to 15 minutes for your driver to pick you up from your scheduled pick-up time. You may be asked to meet at a nearby hotel if this is the case. Please note there are a handful of hotels in downtown Seattle who don’t offer a safe loading zone for our coaches and therefore, we cannot pickup directly from those hotels. If your confirmation doesn’t include your hotel information, contact our office immediately to confirm your pick-up time. You should receive an updated email confirmation that includes your hotel pick-up time in the Pickup Location section. Hotel pick-ups commence prior to the tour’s departure time. Our vehicles feature oversized windows, ample legroom and air-conditioned comfort. We operate only clean, well-maintained coaches. Our Seattle tours run throughout the day.
